  • Only authorized resellers have the ability to order from the resellers area. All paypal emails are recorded to match the reseller, all others orders will not be processed.
  • Membership purchases are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for your customers' orders. We will not be held responsible for your errors, or the prices you sell it for. We do suggest that you sell the traffic for at least twice as much for maximum profit, and protection.
  • Our guarantee only applies to retail purchases.  We do NOT guarantee the traffic to resellers.  You are responsible for any guarantees or incentives given explicitly or implicitly by you to your customers.   We recommend purchasing filler visitors to cover any disagreements between you and your customers.
  • While most traffic will start within 24 hours, please allow up to 72 hours before the campaign begins.
     
  • Your customers will be able to monitor the stats of their campaign through an unbranded stats site.  Our name is not mentioned anywhere on the stats site and your customers cannot order additional traffic through a link on the stats site. They will have to order through you.  Your customers will have the ability to change their url at any time during their campaign.  However, all changes must be approved by the stats administrator before traffic is sent to the new site.
  • By entering into an agreement with HitPro, you agree that you are not an employee of or affiliated in any way with HitPro.
  • You are not joining an affiliate program.  We do not provide a canned website where you can sell traffic.  You can sell your traffic by any means you wish.
     
  • You may not mention HitPro in any emails or safelist ads you send out, or on your own website.
     
  • We do not guarantee any profits by you on traffic you purchase from HitPro.
  • Due to variances in amounts of traffic purchased at different times, the starting date may fluctuate, and we are in no way to be held responsible if your campaign does not start by a specific date. 
  • In no event shall HitPro be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the package, even if HitPro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 
  • HitPro will not deliver visitors to sites with popup windows, unless otherwise noted . Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popunder windows, exit popups, timed popups, and javascript alert windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, HitPro  may stop the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund of any nature.
  • HitPro will notify violator 1 time via email that traffic has stopped for the No PopUp Violation. HitPro will also give the client 24 hours to correct violation of the URL traffic is being sent to at the time of violation notice. If violation has not been corrected in the allowed time frame, HitPro reserves the right to terminate contract with client with no refunds of any type will be offered. Possibly forfeit all remaining traffic remaining, this will be at the discretion of HitPro If violation is corrected in a timely manner (24 hours) and no violations are present, HitPro will at there discretion authorize the continued delivery of purchased traffic until all traffic is completed in purchase agreement between client and HitPro.  Please note if you are a affiliate of a website, make sure the popups, popunders, redirects can be cut off before purchasing from your webmaster.  By purchasing traffic from HitPro client hereby agrees to abide by these rules of no popups of any kind on traffic URL, and further agrees to the NO REFUND policy for violations.
  • HitPro will not deliver visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience, this is applied to "mainstream" type traffic and PopUp services.. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, adult content, hate text, illegal content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of HitPro. HitPro will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, HitPro may stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund. PERIOD. 
  • HitPro will deliver visitors to Adult and Casino websites, this type traffic must be purchased as adult or casino traffic. Anyone caught using a redirect script or other means to divert traffic to another website, will forfeit the traffic not delivered and there will be no refund of any kind. Any one diverting traffic to hate text, illegal   content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of HitPro. 
  • HitPro cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the traffic amount you are ordering. 
  • This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and HitPro and supersedes any other understandings or agreements, including, but not limited to, advertising with respect to the package. 
  • HitPro will not be held liable for slow server bandwidth. Server bandwidth is the rate at which your website server can process files "hits". Reseller should make all customers aware of the possible hazards of slow server bandwidth to website. Slow bandwidth can hamper the servers ability to log all traffic files that are delivered. 
  • HitPro will in no way be held responsible for slow server bandwidth. 
  • HitPro will in no way be held responsible for determining the server bandwidth capabilities of customer sites. 
  • HitPro will work with client account to assure quality  and amount of service purchased. HitPro will supply all info possible to aid in a client, to clear up traffic delivery dispute.
  • HitPro will not be responsible for incorrect URL's. This is the responsibilities of the reseller to verify the correct URL. HitPro will in no way be held responsible for this type of mistake. 
  • HitPro has NO TIME RESTRICTION GUARANTIES.
    Full refund of your on Paypal chargeback. (Limited to 3 months after reception of your order).
    Full refund of your order if your customer opens a dispute and you lose the Paypal dispute case.
    Addition of bonus credits to your traffic campaign if your customers complain about their number of visitors not matching their counter (up to 20% bonus traffic per order). Please note that we will not accept any dispute case or refund request from customers who use Google Analytics, as for some reasons our traffic is not properly recorded by Google's System. However, we don't experience any problem in connection with any other counter provider on the entire web.

    Terms and Conditions:
    The guaranties above apply to up to 30 dispute cases yearly (from January to January). The proof of refund or chargeback provided by your credit card processor is required when you request a refund (such as screenshot etc.).     These guaranties are valid for PAID resellers only, and not to free memberships. Abusive use of the reseller friendly guaranties listed above or if the orders you accept are for suspicious websites only, we reserve the right to stop and cancel your reseller membership. However, if fake or altered refund proofs are provided or if the URL refunded belongs to a friend or family member of yours, that order will NOT be refunded and your reseller membership will be definetely terminated.

    The bonus traffic guaranty applies to complaints received regarding the traffic delivery only. You are not authorized to give the 20% bonus traffic to your customers neither regularly nor as a special offer.
